Orange, Raisin & Herb Salad


3 navel oranges, peeled, halved, sliced

1 (5 oz package) sweet baby lettuce blend

8 oz Del Monte® Raisins

4 green onions (including some green tops), cleaned and sliced

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, parsley or basil


In large serving bowl place oranges, lettuce blend, raisins and onion. For dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in small bowl; drizzle over orange mixture and toss gently add herbs and toss again before serving. Makes about 6-8 servings.
