Classic Raisin Oatmeal Cookies


1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 cups oats

1 cup Del Monte® Raisins


In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool on wire rack. Makes 24 cookies.
